Shipping

Beauty & Twine's online store ships its products by way of USPS to domestic addresses in the contiguous United States only. Purchases of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within three business days, and generally arrive within five days. A standard $8.00 shipping and handling fee applies to orders under $100.

Returns

To return a product or products purchased from the Beauty & Twine online store, please send an email to beautytwinespa@gmail.com. You may only return qualifying skincare products purchased from the beautytwinespa.com online store within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Beauty & Twine.

Returned products must include the original invoice or receipt to be eligible for a refund. Beauty & Wellness items purchased on beautytwinespa.com are non-refundable. Beauty & Twine reserves the right to refuse product returns that do not satisfy the requirements for a refund.
